Delivery costs

Delivery on all orders under £299 will be charged at £15 plus VAT. Express deliveries are available. (charges apply) Orders over £300 will be delivered free of charge excluding Mattress & Furniture order where a quotation based on quantity will be provided. Courier charges will vary. Please note that for deliveries to anywhere excluding UK Mainland (including Highlands and Islands) carriage may be subject to additional charges when an order is placed. A member of our customer services team will contact you to inform you of any further costs once you have placed an order. Or please contact us for a quotation. Please note, following the changes on 01.01.2021, VAT is charged by Gailarde at 20% however European customs charges now apply and are the responsibility of the customer. For further information please see: European Commission. Next Day Delivery & Express Service: Where a delivery is extremely important we are happy to offer you special carriage services. Deliveries to Scotland can take up to 12 working days. Please contact our office for further details. Courier charges will vary. 

Stock

As a manufacturer and importer we normally have a large stock of all our products enabling delivery to be made promptly. Due to the current situation, orders are being delivered within 10 working days. Some products (bedspreads, mattress toppers, feather products & mattresses) are specially made so will take approx.14 days delivery from receipt of order.

Return of goods

Faulty goods supplied will be collected. They will then be credited or replaced, subject to goods being inspected by our Quality Control team. For goods, which are not faulty, a collection charge of £15.00 per carton will be made + a 15% handling charge. No goods are to be returned without first speaking to our sales desk. Goods which are used, washed or made to order are non-refundable.

Shortage / Damage / Non-Delivery

We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of invoice of any shortage or damage to goods. On receipt of goods, customers must only sign for the number of cartons delivered. Otherwise neither carrier nor ourselves can accept responsibility for loss or damage.
